15Aug 22 THE FACELESS: THE IAN CRAWFORD TRAIL | Jetsam Docks Container Mission || 08/21/26 | Jetsam Docks Operations & THE IAN CRAWFORD TRAIL | Jetsam Docks Operations |
Two connected missions are scheduled for today, the first is part of the Faceless’ larger campaign against
Los Santos and the continuing destruction of the city’s foundational systems. The second is far more personal:
the continuation of Charlie’s investigation into Ian Crawford, Dead Man C17.
MISSION ONE | DESTROY JETSAM
Before the Ian Crawford investigation continues, the assets have another objective.
Jetsam Docks has been selected as the next target connected to the Pillars and the wider effort
to systematically weaken Los Santos. Like the previous operations against fuel, water, power, and other critical
systems, this mission is intended to attack another part of the infrastructure keeping the city functioning.
The assets will infiltrate Jetsam Docks and install explosive devices at three designated locations throughout the facility.
The goal is not to search for information or recover cargo during this first stage.
The goal is to destroy Jetsam.
The assets will move into position, secure their assigned areas, plant the explosives, and prepare the docks
for a coordinated detonation. The strike is intended to heavily damage the facility and further destabilize the
logistical network supporting Los Santos.
Jetsam is one of the city’s most important shipping and cargo centers. Destroying sections of the docks would
affect the movement of supplies, equipment, containers, and commercial goods entering and leaving the city.
This makes the operation another piece of the larger strategy behind the Pillars: attack the systems holding
Los Santos together one by one until the damage begins affecting everything around them.
Fuel has been attacked.
Water and power have been attacked.
Other critical systems have been targeted.
Now, Jetsam becomes the next piece to fall.
The main Jetsam operation was pushed forward to approximately 4:00 PM, with the mission briefing
planned for around 3:00 PM EST. Once the destruction of Jetsam is underway, the assets have another mission
that leads directly back to Ian Crawford.
MISSION TWO | THE IAN CRAWFORD TRAIL
Years ago, Charlie was ordered to kill Ian Crawford.
Charlie carried out that order and believed the mission was complete.
But Ian Crawford is alive.
That means somebody else died in his place.
For years, Charlie never had an answer as to who that person was or why the circumstances surrounding
Ian’s supposed death were manipulated. Now, after Ian resurfaced, Charlie has finally decided to go back and uncover the truth.
He has asked the Faceless assets to help him. The first major breakthrough came when the assets broke into the
morgue and accessed its computer systems. Their objective was to locate historical paperwork connected to the unidentified
man Charlie had killed.
The break-in was successful. The assets recovered and read the documents, but instead of answering Charlie’s questions,
the paperwork introduced an entirely new mystery:
Dead Man C17.
The recovered records indicate that the operational file associated with the dead man is no longer stored
on the Meridian network. Instead, retrieval requires access to an originating external archive.
That detail immediately shifted the investigation toward Dark Stone.
The group begins trying to determine what C17 actually means.
It could be a classified record.
A cabinet number.
A storage location.
A physical archive.
A container.
Or something entirely different.
What matters is that the record appears to originate outside Meridian and is connected to Dark Stone’s historical operations.
Ian Crawford’s past makes that connection even more important. Ian worked heavily within logistics, meaning that
shipping records, archived cargo, containers, transportation routes, and physical storage locations could all potentially
connect back to whatever happened during the original mission against him.
Today begins with the larger war against Los Santos.
Mission One: infiltrate Jetsam Docks, plant explosives at three locations, and destroy another piece of the city’s
infrastructure as part of the Pillars.
Then the purpose changes.
Mission Two: continue Charlie’s investigation into Ian Crawford and search for the container or
archive that may lead to Dead Man C17.
One operation is about destroying the city.
The other is about uncovering the past.
And for Charlie, the second may matter far more.
Because years ago, he pulled the trigger believing he had killed Ian Crawford.
Ian lived. And somewhere within the remains of old Dark Stone logistics, the mysterious Dead Man C17 record may
be the answer Charlie has been missing all this time.

25 POVs Details →Aug 15 THE FACELESS | OPERATION BROKEN CAGE | Bolingbroke Penitentiary Collapse || 08/14/26 | OPERATION BROKEN CAGE | Bolingbroke Penitentiary Collapse
Tonight, the Faceless launches Operation Broken Cage, a large-scale prison assault designed to do more than simply break
a handful of people out of Bolingbroke Penitentiary. The objective is to systematically destroy the prison’s ability to contain
anyone at all.
For days, multiple teams have been preparing different pieces of the operation.
Equipment has been acquired; one Merryweather heavy-lift helicopter has been stolen for extraction,
access to the prison’s internal security network has been compromised, and explosives are being positioned
both inside and outside the facility. Tonight, every part of that preparation comes together at once.
Inside Bolingbroke, Andre Tyson, Brandon Valentino, Carmella Corset, Hassan Bashari, Oscar “OP” Perez, and Wesley Brown,
along with the rest of 3PAS, will operate as the internal prisoner team. Their role is critical: access the prison’s systems, activate
the dormant override previously installed into the cell-door network, and place explosives throughout designated areas inside the facility.
When the command is given, the override is intended to unlock the cell blocks, disable internal security doors, open yard access, and bypass selected checkpoints simultaneously.
Outside the prison, multiple teams will surround Bolingbroke and attack separate sections of the perimeter.
Main Assets | Fregg | Nathan | McNulty | Harry | Ed | Shang
These assets will help coordinate and execute the broader prison operation while the inside and exterior teams complete their assigned objectives.
The Dullahans | Outside Cameras | Eleanor “Helen” Highwater | Bobby Callaghan | Kai Martin
The Dullahans will focus on the prison’s exterior camera and surveillance systems, helping reduce Bolingbroke’s
ability to track the teams surrounding the facility.
The Habibis | Exterior Explosives | Raymond Romanov | Achez Perez | Wolferson “Wolfy” Johnson | Rai “Blur” Dordai | Michael Verse
The Habibis have been assigned explosives around the outside of the prison, forming part of the coordinated perimeter breach.
Tower Explosives |
The Lost: William Hunter | Derek & The Rest of The Lost |
&
The Ravens: Dax Marshall | Liam Onita | Deacon Thomas | Louise Gotti-Campbell
will attack sections of Bolingbroke’s prison towers and perimeter network by placing explosives as part of the simultaneous exterior attack
Adding another breach point to the prison assault.
The Execution | The operation is designed around synchronization.
At approximately 5:00 PM EST, exterior teams are expected to be prepared with their equipment and ready for deployment.
By 5:30 PM EST, every team, including the prisoners operating from inside, is expected to be in position.
Exterior crews will surround their designated areas of Bolingbroke while the internal team prepares for the escape sequence.
Nobody is supposed to begin planting until the final greenlight is given.
At approximately 5:35 PM EST, the internal override will be activated.
Every cell door is intended to unlock.
The prison escape begins immediately. Faceless prisoners begin moving toward predetermined extraction points
while the extraction crew moves in to recover priority assets.
At the same time, exterior teams begin the coordinated breach. Explosive teams attack multiple parts of the prison simultaneously
while guards are forced to deal with prisoners escaping their cells, compromised internal doors, multiple perimeter breaches,
attackers outside the facility, and alarms erupting throughout Bolingbroke.
A stolen Merryweather heavy-lift helicopter will then move toward the prison.
The helicopter can carry approximately eight people. The extraction group will take priority Faceless assets.
If everything remains on schedule, the operation culminates around 6:00 PM EST,
when the planted explosives reach the end of their timers, and the final destruction sequence begins.
Operation Broken Cage is not simply a prison break.
It is an attempt to make Bolingbroke collapse from the inside and outside at exactly the same time: cells opening,
security systems failing, walls and towers being breached, prisoners flooding the facility, and helicopters arriving
overhead to extract the people the Faceless came to recover.
Tonight, every team has one piece of the prison.
When the signal is given, they all move at once.

57 POVs · 57 VODs Details →Aug 01 THE FACELESS | OPERATION RED SOAR: Fort Zancudo Water Treatment I Final Strike | The unfinished objective of Operation Concrete Phantom: Phase II returns today under a new designation: Operation Red Soar.
During the original Water and Power Disruption operation, the assets targeted key sections of the Los Santos water network, including its intake facilities, treatment systems, pressure controls, and emergency backups. However, one major objective remained incomplete: the Fort Zancudo Water Treatment Intake Works.
Located near the base of Mount Josiah, the Fort Zancudo Treatment Works operates as an isolated water and wastewater system serving the military installation. Following the previous sabotage operations, state authorities and law enforcement have increasingly relied on this facility to supply emergency municipal water reserves. As long as the Zancudo intake remains operational, it provides the state with one final source of processed water and prevents Phase II from reaching its complete objective.
Today, the Faceless will return to finish what Concrete Phantom could not.
OPERATION RED SOAR
Target Zone - Fort Zancudo Water Treatment Intake Works
Main Operation: Friday, July 31, 2026 | 6:00 PM EST
Operation Red Soar will consist of an intensive aerial assault against the Fort Zancudo treatment complex. Ten Buzzard attack helicopters will be deployed as a coordinated strike squadron, carrying high-explosive rocket payloads intended to overwhelm the facility and destroy its primary intake system.
The main objective is the complete destruction of the treatment works’ primary intake valve. This intake is believed to be the sole remaining source of processed water for the Fort Zancudo military base and the neighboring Los Santos emergency reserves. Its destruction would cut off the facility’s ability to supply emergency water tankers and could trigger a base-wide water crisis within forty-eight hours.
THE STRATEGIC TARGET
Following the earlier stages of Concrete Phantom, the state military and law-enforcement agencies have been depending on Fort Zancudo’s internal treatment plant to maintain emergency water deliveries. Destroying the primary intake would permanently halt that assistance and eliminate one of the last systems capable of supporting Los Santos during the ongoing infrastructure crisis.
This is not a separate campaign from Concrete Phantom.
Operation Red Soar is the final continuation of Phase II, created to complete the target that
remained standing after the original Water and Power Disruption mission.
RADAR AND AIR DEFENSE
Reaching the target will require the strike fleet to enter one of the most heavily defended areas in the state.
Fort Zancudo operates long-range radar systems, automated surface-to-air missile emplacements, and military-controlled restricted airspace.
To avoid detection, all ten helicopters must approach the facility using Nap-of-the-Earth flight, remaining below approximately fifty feet whenever possible.
The squadron will have only a limited strike window to reach the intake, release its payload, and escape before the base’s defensive systems fully respond.
Fort Zancudo’s surface-to-air missiles have an estimated twelve-second lock-on cycle.
Any pilot who rises above the approved altitude for too long risks immediate targeting.
Strike Specifications
Strike Aircraft: 10 Buzzard Attack Helicopters
Payload Per Aircraft: 8 High-Explosive Rockets
Maximum Altitude: 50 Feet
Time on Target: 30 Seconds
Operation Red Soar represents the final strike of Concrete Phantom’s Water and Power Disruption phase.
What began as a coordinated attack against the Los Santos water system will now conclude with an aerial assault on its last major emergency lifeline.
Phase II was left unfinished.
Today, the assets return to complete it.

it is finally prepared to take control of one of the organization’s most important locations.
But the Faceless have no intention of allowing that to happen.
Before the Marshals can move in, the Faceless have ordered their assets to steal a specialized gas last night, &
The Faceless Operatives transported it back to the Echelon and installed it throughout the building.
The plan is simple: remove everything valuable, erase what remains, and destroy the Echelon before it can ever belong to their enemies.
For two years, the Echelon has been more than a headquarters. Its walls have witnessed secret meetings,
impossible operations, major victories, devastating failures, and decisions that quietly changed Los Santos.
It was where strangers became trusted assets and where plans became movements.
Now, its purpose has been fulfilled.

18 POVs · 18 VODs Details →Jul 18 The Faceless | OPERATION CONCRETE PHANTOM | Phase 2: Water & Power Disruption | 07/17/26 | OPERATION CONCRETE PHANTOM | Phase II: Water & Power Disruption
The second stage of Operation Concrete Phantom is scheduled to begin today.
Following Phase I’s coordinated strikes against the Los Santos fuel supply, Phase II shifts the operation toward the city’s water and utility infrastructure.
The objective is to seize several strategically important facilities and disrupt the systems responsible for collecting,
treating, pressurizing, and distributing water throughout Los Santos.
Intelligence was gathered from a restricted Los Santos Department of Water & Power Crisis Contingency and Infrastructure Master Manual.
The document contains detailed information about the city’s reservoirs, aqueducts, purification systems,
booster stations, emergency backups, manual controls, and contingency procedures.
It also reveals that the department recently moved portions of the water network into manual operation
because of the growing infrastructure threat.
The operation will divide the participating assets across several locations.
Each team will be responsible for taking control of a different part of the water network at approximately the same time.
By occupying the intake, treatment, distribution, and emergency-control systems together,
the assets can prevent the department from easily rerouting water or activating its backup procedures.
Primary Intake and Aqueduct Network
Several teams will move against the source facilities that provide untreated water to Los Santos.
These locations include the Land Act Reservoir, the Mount Josiah Runoff Catchments, and the Alamo Sea Desalination and Bypass Loops.
Together, these systems supply water to the city through the Sonora and Chiliad aqueduct networks.
El Burro Heights Purification Plant
Another group will target the El Burro Heights Purification Plant, the largest water-treatment facility serving Los Santos.
The plant processes more than 1.2 million gallons of water each day and supplies approximately seventy percent of the city’s residential districts.
Booster Stations and Pressurization Grid
Assets will also move against the stations responsible for maintaining water pressure across Los Santos.
The city is divided into three major pressure zones, each supported by separate booster facilities.
The Murrieta Booster Station controls pressure for Downtown and East Los Santos.
The Richman Ridge Booster Station supports Richman and Rockford Hills, while the La Puerta Lift Station supplies Vespucci and Del Perro.
Taking these stations would interfere with the city’s ability to push water through residential buildings, high-rise towers, industrial facilities, and emergency fire-suppression systems.
Downtown Headquarters Utility Basement
One of the most important targets is the Los Santos Department of Water & Power Downtown Headquarters,
specifically the secured utility basement known as Corridor B-9.
This basement contains the physical manual controls used when the automated network is unavailable.
From there, operators can isolate damaged sectors, redirect water around broken pipelines, override the Land Act intake,
and activate the central bypass loop.
Controlling Corridor B-9 would prevent department personnel from manually restoring the network after the other facilities are taken.
Emergency Auxiliary Station 02
Another team will secure Emergency Auxiliary Station 02 in Richman Glen.
This underground facility acts as the city’s primary backup system whenever pressure in northern Los Santos falls below emergency levels.
Station 02 has an isolated generator, its own fuel supply, and the ability to provide emergency water to portions of the northern and western residential districts. Taking the facility would prevent the department from activating one of its most important contingency systems.
Fort Zancudo Treatment Works
The operation may also extend to the Fort Zancudo Treatment Works, an isolated water and wastewater
system located near the base of Mount Josiah.
Phase II Mission Objective
Phase II is not focused on a single facility. It is a coordinated takeover of the systems that keep water moving through Los Santos.
The assets will strike the intake network, purification plant, pressure stations, emergency backup facilities, and manual-control centers during the same operational window.
By taking these locations together, Operation Concrete Phantom intends to overwhelm the
Department of Water & Power’s emergency response and prevent the city from simply rerouting its supply.
Phase I restricted fuel and mobility. Phase II now targets one of the most essential systems keeping Los Santos
functioning, pushing the operation closer to the cascading infrastructure failure described in its original mission directive.

A major five-stage operation is scheduled to begin today.
Operation Concrete Phantom is designed to destabilize Los Santos through a series of coordinated attacks against the city’s most important infrastructure systems.
The operation will unfold across five phases, with each stage targeting a different part of the city’s logistical or economic foundation.
The larger mission includes planned disruptions to gas stations, water supply pipelines, wind farms, the state account, and additional targets that have not yet been revealed.
Each phase is intended to build upon the last, creating cascading failures that weaken the city’s ability to respond and gradually push Los Santos toward widespread disorder.
Today marks the beginning of Phase I: Gas Station Disruption.
Four teams have been assigned to four strategic gas stations across Los Santos.
The locations were selected because of their traffic volume, proximity to major roads, and importance to civilian and emergency-service mobility.
The objective is to strike the locations in a coordinated window, disrupting the fuel supply chain and delaying any organized city-wide response.

Four additional phases remain, and each one is expected to escalate the pressure on Los Santos as the operation moves closer to its full objective.
--------------------------------------
OPERATION SUMMARY
MISSION DIRECTIVE
Operation Concrete Phantom’s purpose is to send Los Santos into a spiral of chaos, causing multiple disruptions to critical infrastructure such as gas stations, water supply pipelines, windfarms, the state account, and more.
Through coordinated, precision-targeted strikes across key logistical and economic areas, the operation aims to destabilize the city’s foundational systems and erode public confidence in institutional control.
Each phase targets a distinct infrastructure category, executed in sequence to maximize cumulative disruption while minimizing the window for coordinated counter-response.
The operation is designed to create cascading failures, where the compromise of one system degrades the operational capacity of the next, accelerating the descent into systemic breakdown.

This is the final major mission tied to the Victor Blackwell container investigation and the closing point of the Victor Blackwell and Roman Gray arc.
After weeks of clues, puzzles, surveillance, container records, and hidden connections, the Faceless assets have narrowed the target down to Container 222.
This is no longer just an investigation or theory.
The container has been chosen, the shipment time is known, and the team is preparing to intercept the
convoy carrying what may be the final piece of the Blackwell mystery.
Charlie gathers the main assets to turn the plan into a full operation.
The mission is simple in purpose but dangerous in execution: stop the convoy, control the Merryweather
security response, open Container 222, recover whatever is inside, and extract it before police or Merryweather can take control of the scene.
The team understands that this is not a random container robbery.
If Container 222 is correct, then what is inside may connect directly to Victor Blackwell, Roman Gray, Ian Crawford, and the deeper history of the Faceless.
Today, the convoy is expected to move at 6:00 p.m. EST, with everyone needing to be ready by 5:00 p.m.
Once the convoy is slowed, the ground team will move in, supported by helicopters hidden nearby.
The helicopters are not meant to follow the convoy from the start.
They are meant to launch only when the hit begins, controlling the air and applying pressure if Merryweather or police try to force the scene.
Charlie makes it clear that there will be no mercy if anyone tries to stop them.
Container 222 may hold the answer to what Blackwell was protecting, what Roman Gray was connected to,
and why the Order of the Shadow is directly involved.
Operation LOADTRUCK is not just another Faceless mission.
It is the mission that could close one of the longest-running mysteries around
Victor Blackwell and Roman Gray, while opening the door to what comes next: Operation Concrete Phantom!
