Under Oracle & Police guidance, the convoy will consist of three armored vehicles (two Insurgents and a central Riot truck). A helicopter will provide discreet overwatch under Dark Stone’s contract. The Oracle warns that any deviation from the convoy’s route will trigger an intercept. The chip contains critical data that could expose vast intelligence on The Faceless. If delivered successfully, it has the potential to turn the tide of the war and dismantle their grip on Los Santos.
