Cracky is set up by Jagger at the Docks

After Cracky (Ratchet's alter ego) has threatened to hurt Tessa and gone against Jagger (Chatterbox's alt) multiple times, they have set up a plan to severely hurt him. Helen is investigating Cracky, Charlie (Ember's alt), and Jagger for serial assaults & killings. Meanwhile, Hydra are trying to kidnap Jagger, unaware of the police operation or Jagger's plan.
