Wednesday’s mission ended with the death of Torres Sanchez La Garra’s shadow courier, known as “Eye.” His identity, his clothes, his phone, and the La Garra Folder now belong to Dio. Tonight, Phase II begins. Dio must walk into Sanchez’s place at the cartel’s table. La Garra and Dark Stone will be waiting on the coastline at Sustancia Road. The deal: weapon samples for cash. The real prize: a USB (or coded note) that holds the routes and cache locations for a new line of military weapons entering the city. Control — Maintain cover long enough for the ambush to snap shut. Exfiltrate — Secure the intel and extract before the cartel, Dark Stone, or police collapse the operation.
