FACELESS CONVOY FOR PHASE III

The PD is convoying to try to secure the last remaining water treatment plant in Los Santos, with the help of the Fort Zancudo military. Meanwhile, Faceless assets are surveiling the convoy for intel on how to hit that last water plant next week.
